  I took my cat to be seen here today because she had been weezing and dry heaving for the past day. I was very concerned since her symptoms were so acute and seemed to be worsening. She was struggling when we arrived. After I filled out the neccessary paper work they had me wait. After waiting for 10 mins or so they took her back to check her vitals, then we waited another 40 mins. During the long 40 min wait with an animal that was struggling to breath I realized a trend. As people were coming in with their cats and dogs they were greeted by the front desk clerks who knew them by name. Returning customers were quickly brought back to a room to be helped, while I sat there with a very sick animal and they had routine stuff like anal glands. I watched people come and go as I sat there, unacceptable. This clinic plays "Favorites", if they know you then you get preferential treatment even if you are coming in for something routine. All of the serious cases have to wait, unbelieveable! I told the front desk ladies I was leaving because how they run their clinic was unacceptable. They didn't care one bit. They just said "okay". Worst customer service I've had in a very long time. Sherwood vet clinic is much better, we will NEVER go back to this clinic. Just horrible! Don't go to Crossroads there are far better places.
